Fire Tribes

apon a time there was a band of Fire Breathing Animals. They are all very good friends. One day the leader of the band said he wanted to build a great building to show how powerful they are. They decided to build it really near their enemies to show off. So they set off one day, full of joy about what was going to happen to them and how powerful they could be if their plan worked. They were so happy and very excited. None of them expected any thing bad to happen to them.

So they set off. They had an old turtle leading the way. The only problem was that he was blind. But the others didn’t know that. They walked for miles and miles. Then they saw a fence and thought that it was the fence around the building site. They were so happy that they didn’t notice the sign on the wall, it said “Land of the Volturi, stay out!” underneath the gate was a key whole.

The animals walked in and the door was shut sharply behind them. They realised that they had walked into their enemies ground, and they were stuck, with no where to go.

The Volturi were very mean people. They were tortured everyday and they were made very sad. But there was a Glimmer of hope. One of the young fire dragons was a descendant of Calim, the great Dragon Warrior. When ever they were in trouble the great magic fire powers would be awaken. They waited a long time for his powers to come. When they did come, he was very powerful. He could crush Luxemburg with his tail. So one night they sprung an attack on the Volturi. The battle was won and bloody. But the Fire Tribes stuck together and they came through.

They were all so weak; they didn’t have the strength to get home. The Great Fire Dragon took pity on them and he decided to share out his power among all the other animals. So that’s what he did, the only thing was that the price for sharing your power would be death. The Great Fire Dragon had sacrificed his life to save his people.

Even now, 2,000 years later, they story of the Great Fire Tribes is still told amongst the animals even though the animals in the story are long gone. The memory of the brave warrior will be around for years to come!
